CoderPulse

Last updated: 2026-07-11

CoderPulse is a developer tool that lets you monitor your own App Store Connect data β€” sales, customer reviews, and app review-status. It is built privacy-first.

No data collection

The CoderPulse developer does not collect or receive your personal data. We operate no backend server of our own.

Your App Store Connect API key

The API key (.p8) you provide is stored in the device Keychain and is never sent to the CoderPulse developer. It is used solely to authenticate directly with Apple's official App Store Connect API (api.appstoreconnect.apple.com). When iCloud Keychain is enabled, Apple may sync the key and account metadata between your devices using end-to-end encryption.

Your App Store data

Sales figures, customer reviews, and review-status information fetched with your key are cached only locally on your device (in the app's on-device database). This data is never sent to us or to any third party.

iCloud Keychain sync

When iCloud Keychain is enabled, your API key and account info may sync between your devices through Apple's end-to-end encrypted service. The CoderPulse developer cannot read this data.

No analytics, no ads, no tracking

CoderPulse contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party crash reporting. It does not track you across apps or websites.

Network

App Store business data is fetched directly from Apple's official App Store Connect API. Other network-backed features use Apple-operated services only: StoreKit for the optional In-App Purchase and iCloud Keychain for optional account sync. CoderPulse has no developer-operated backend.

In-app purchases

CoderPulse Pro is a one-time in-app purchase handled through Apple's StoreKit / App Store. Payment is processed entirely by Apple; the developer never receives or stores your payment details (card numbers, etc.). The app only receives a purchase entitlement from Apple to unlock Pro features locally.

Data retention and your control

All cached data stays on your device and is under your control. You can remove your API key and all locally cached data at any time using "Disconnect" in the app, which clears the account and cached data from your device and removes the iCloud-synced account. Deleting the app also removes on-device data.

Children

CoderPulse is a professional developer tool and is not directed at children.
